I cannot say enough good things about 3J’s Wreck Tech. After my collision with a deer, they made what could have been a stressful experience incredibly easy. Everyone I encountered was absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Emily, who was wonderful to work with. She was always easy to get ahold of, answered all of my questions, and kept me informed every step of the way. Her communication was timely, and she was always on top of things, which gave me so much peace of mind during the repair process. The entire team took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, and I never felt rushed or left wondering what was happening with my vehicle. The quality of the repairs was outstanding, and my vehicle looks great. I am incredibly grateful for the care and service I received and would highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of auto body repairs.

If I could put 20 stars I would. Highly recommend! Mark was super kind, his family is amazing, and they handled my whole insurance claim effortlessly. They did a full M Sport conversion and custom headlights on my 3 Series and absolutely crushed it. The fitment is laser-straight and it looks like a brand-new car. Mark let me back to see the car and where they was at and kept me updated on everything. If you want high-quality work from genuinely good people, this is the place to go! Words can’t describe how thankful I am to this family owned business you guys really did a great job thank you so much.

I took my SUV in for an estimate on a needed repair. I was so impressed by the courtesy and welcome while I was there, that I knew this was the shop for me. Scheduled my repair time and day with Emily over the phone and she was great! Good communication skills and very courteous! Took my car in and they had my repair done in a week! It looked fantastic and the team even cleaned out the inside! Wow! You just don’t find a place like this anymore! You will not be disappointed and I’m sure they can beat any other estimate you get elsewhere! Thank you Wreck Tech!!!

Exceptional customer service from start to finish. Every interaction felt genuine and never rushed. Both Zach & Emily are wonderful professionals. They took the time to walk me through the issue, explained everything clearly, and were very transparent while putting together the quote, which I really appreciated. The real test, of course, is the final result, and they absolutely delivered. The bumper replacement looks as good as new. You genuinely can't tell there was ever any damage. The repair work is flawless. What stood out the most to me was how much they valued my time. They understood the job right away, communicated clearly, and delivered exactly what they promised, right on schedule. Highly recommend if you're looking for quality work backed by great service.

They did an incredible job on my 2022 Subaru WRX in white. Despite having front and side damage, I couldn’t even tell it was damaged after their services. They perfectly matched the color, and I highly recommend them. They are very nice people who helped me through every step, like dealing with insurance. They were quick to answer my questions and provide assistance.
